Stuart Bloom is a recurring character on the CBS sitcom, The Big Bang Theory. He is portrayed by actor Kevin Sussman.
Stuart is the owner and operator of the comic book store, "The Comic Center of Pasadena," a frequent hangout for the main characters, Sheldon, Leonard, Howard, and Raj.
